Is there a New Game+ option in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart? The ability to take all of your progress into a new game is a staple of the Ratchet & Clank series, but does Insomniac Games' latest support the feature as well? As part of our Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart guide, we're going to answer the question: does it have New Game+?
As you approach the end of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, you'll reach the point of no return. Don't worry about this too much, as you can continue playing beyond the final boss. You can learn more about this on the following page: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart: Are There Any Missable Trophies?
Once you've beaten the campaign, you'll be eligible for Challenge Mode, which is effectively New Game+. In Challenge Mode you'll be able to play through the entire story again with all of your weapons, collectbiles, and upgrades. However, your Bolts will be multiplied and you'll be able to purchase Omega versions of All Weapons. You'll be able to level the Omega versions of your weapons up to Level 10, making them stronger and more powerful.
In order to create a Challenge Mode save, simply go back to the Save Select screen and push the Square button. A new save file will be created with a star on it, denoting Challenge Mode. Simply go to a Ms Zurkon vendor to purchase and upgrade your weapons.
