Elden Ring’s talismans replace the rings in FromSoftware's previous Dark Souls series as items that the player can find scattered around the game’s world, and when equipped will provide a specific buff to the player. These talismans are integrated into Elden Ring's lore and are usually associated with the buff that they provide to the player. For example, the Arsenal Charm raises the players maximum equipment load, and the FlameDrake Talisman raises the player’s fire damage resistance.
There are also elements associated with separate buffs which are consistent across Elden Ring's different talismans. The talismans which boost the player’s health, focus, and stamina all contain a color associated with each of these attributes in the player’s UI. These are the various crimson, cerulean, and viridian talismans respectively.

One of these talismans associated with health regeneration has now been recreated by a talented prop maker on Reddit named ModellingTheUniverse. The Reddit user has made a faithful recreation of the Crimson Seed Talisman, which increases the player’s health regeneration when using Elden Ring's primary healing item, the Flask of Crimson Tears. ModellingTheUniverse says their talisman is made from brass powder and resin, and that they would like to create a version of each of Elden Ring’s talismans eventually.
