Powerful Diablo 4 Items on NPC MerchantsIn Diablo 4, both armor, weapon, and jewelry vendors sell randomly generated magic and rare items of all sorts. That also includes items of all difficulty rarities including Sacred and Ancestral items, so it might pay off to check out merchants in the end-game. But why is this item so powerful? Compared to Kripp's character level (his Sorcerer is Level 82), the item level of his amulet isn't as high — he could easily roll 800+ Item Level on items he finds even in the open world. However, Item Level 725 is one of the latest item level affix thresholds which unlocks +3 skill bonuses — and since his amulet has Item Level 760, it's within that particularly powerful affix range.
