Nintendo has provided new details on an upcoming update for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
The version 1.2.0 update, which is scheduled for release at the end of February, will add new features to Pokémon Boxes to make them more useful.
Outside of this, the update seems to be mainly focused on fixing bugs, including a number of issues surrounding battles (and Tera Raid battles in particular).
One thing not mentioned in the notes is compatibility with the Pokémon Home app, which The Pokémon Company says is slated for spring 2023.
The app received an update in early February which added Ranked Battles information from Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, leading some to believe preparations were being made to fully integrate the app in the game’s next update.
Based on the patch notes as they stand, however, it doesn’t appear that this will be the case, though Nintendo stresses: “We are planning further features and bug fixes not listed in these patch notes.”
