It is possible to get all three starters in Pokémon Legends: Arceus without needing to trade with another player. The Pokémon series since its debut back in 1996 has always been a series to push for social interaction. Both Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue had different exclusive Pokémon that required trainers to trade with other players in order to collect them all. Those without friends or both copies of the game were unable to complete their collection. In the case of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, there's only one title available when compared to the usual two.
Like other Pokémon games, the player will begin their journey by selecting a starter Pokémon. Pokémon Legends: Arceus gives the option between Rowlet, Cyndaquil, and Rowlet, all Pokémon who have appeared as starter Pokémon in the past. Although, the game only allows players to choose one out of the three Pokémon. It can be incredibly difficult to determine which one to choose since this Pokémon will act as a partner from start to finish. Fortunately, Pokémon Legends: Arceus gives players the chance to get all three.

There are two different ways to obtain every starter in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, with the first method happening after completing the main story of the game. Head back to Professor Laventon in the Galaxy Hall and he will give the player the other two Pokémon they didn't select. For example, trainers who picked Rowlet at the start will be given Cyndaquil and Oshawott as a gift. Not only that, but trainers can find them through Space-Time Distortion zones around the Hisui region.
