Pokemon Legends: Arceus - How To Complete The Search For Bitter Leaves Request
Within the Hisui region of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, people aren't warmed up to the presence of Pokemon. Because of this, you will encounter several requests from fearful or anxious villagers, as well as villagers who don't quite know the name of who they are looking for.

One of these requests is The Search for Bitter Leaves. For this request, you will be tasked with finding a certain three-leaved Pokemon that produces a type of medicine. This request will not be available from the start of the game, so let's first take a look at how to unlock it.
The Search for Bitter Leaves will become available once you defeat Kleavor, the first noble Pokemon.
Since this is the first boss battle, you should be able to complete it early on in the game and accept The Search for Bitter Leaves, or Request 29, from Shinon.
Shinon can be found on the main street of Jubilife Village. Upon speaking with her, she will tell you about a Pokemon with three leaves, and refer you to speak with Anise, who should know more. Anise is an older woman who can be found inside Galaxy Hall, within the Medical Corps area. This is the room to the right of Cyllene's office.
After speaking with Anise, you will learn that this mysterious Pokemon can be found in the Crimson Mirelands. This is the second area that you will unlock in the game after you defeat Kleavor. Finish speaking with her and set out for this area.
