In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Tornadus is a Legendary Pokémon that can be even more powerful if it has the best nature to increase its strengths. Tornadus is the only pure Flying-type Pokémon in Legends: Arceus and the only Legendary of the Kami trio that does not have a dual-typing. Depending on Tornadus' form, its best stat is either its Special Attack or Speed, which can have an impact on which nature is best for it in Legends: Arceus.
In addition to Tornadus, the Legendary Kami Pokémon in Legends: Arceus are Landorus and Thundurus, and they can all be obtained through the side quest called "Incarnate Forces of Hisui." This post-story quest can only be started after players complete the "Seeking the Remaining Plates" quest. Specifically, Tornadus can be found in the Alabaster Icelands during a snowstorm across the Bonechill Wastes in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. As a pure Flying-type, Tornadus is weakest to Rock-, Electric-, and Ice-type moves, and, luckily, these types of Pokémon can be easily found in Legends: Arceus.

All of the Legendary Kami Pokémon have an Incarnate Forme and a Therian Forme, and Tornadus' chosen form can impact which nature is best for it. In its Incarnate Forme, Tornadus' Special Attack is its strongest stat, while Speed is the strongest stat in its Therian Forme. Both of these forms can benefit from the use of Agile and Strong style attacks in Legends: Arceus and the best nature for Tornadus will allow it to outspeed most other Pokémon in Legends: Arceus as well.
In its Incarnate Forme, the best nature for Tornadus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is Timid. The Timid nature increases Tornadus' Speed stat while decreasing its Attack.
