Kadabra is a Psychic-type Pokémon featured in Three Star Raids in Pokémon GO, making it a challenging boss to defeat for lower-level trainers who attempt the battle solo. Kadabra is the evolved form of Abra, another Pokémon that can be found in One Star Raids. Battling, defeating, and catching a Kadabra will allow players to save their Candies for its final evolution into Alakazam, but this is easier said than done. High-level trainers should have no issues defeating Kadabra, but those who lack the strength to take the Pokémon on by themselves will likely need an additional ally or two.
As a Psychic-type Pokémon, Kadabra's weaknesses are against Bug-, Dark-, and Ghost-type Pokémon moves. Furthermore, Kadabra resists Fighting- and Psychic-type attacks, so players are better off leaving their Machamp in Pokémon GO out of the Raid. In addition to the Psychic-type resistance, the kinds of Pokémon that resist Kadabra's attacks are Dark- and Steel-type Pokémon. Kadabra's potentially devastating main moves are Psybeam, Shadow Ball, and Dazzling Gleam, allowing the Pokémon to counter its Ghost- and Dark-type opponents.

If the windy weather boost is active, then Kadabra can be captured on level 25 between 1387 and 1471 CP.
