Poco F4 or iQOO Neo 6? Which one should you choose. Lately, the smartphone market under Rs. 30000 has seen two strong offerings from these young brands. iQOO, after launching some of the most tempting smartphones this year, had announced the iQOO Neo 6 last month as its most affordable offering with the Snapdragon 870 chipset. The phone is aimed at gamers seeking a stable gaming experience and an overall decent combo of specifications. We had reviewed and found the iQOO Neo 6 to have a decent set of cameras too. It all seems to tempting.
However, Poco could not sit mum and came up with the Poco F4. This phone seems to be designed solely for taking on the iQOO Neo 6. It has the exact same processor, exact same display, and the theme continues for other specs. Plus, it carries the legendary Poco F badge, which means it is all focused on performance. The phone, is however, the Redmi K40S from China underneath.
Given that we have reviewed both of the smartphones lately, we put both of these against each other.
Both the smartphones have very different designs to flaunt but it is the Poco F4 that feels superior with its glass rear panel. It feels much better built, especially with its fit and finish. It is slightly heavy compared to the iQOO Neo 6. That’s not to say the iQOO Neo 6 is poorly built – it looks and feels fine but the phone’s plastic unibody design is not as appealing. The fit and finish on it is good though.
Honestly, both these smartphones are equal when it comes to the display specs. Both phones have a 6.67-inch FHD+ E4 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and higher touch sample rates. You do not get in-display fingerprint scanner on either of these.
Both the phones are powered by the same Snapdragon 870 chip
