PM Kisan 12th Installment RELEASED; Check status online now- Here's how
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday released the 12th installment under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) scheme, giving a Diwali gift to the farmers. The announcement was made during the inaugural event of PM Kisan Samman Sammelan 2022 at Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. As per the information provided by the Prime Minister's Office, the event brings together more than 13500 farmers from across the country and around 1500 Agri Startups.
As per the information provided by PMO, the Prime Minister released the 12th installment amount of Rs. 16000 crores under the PM Kisan through Direct Benefit Transfer. Under the scheme, eligible farmer families are provided a benefit of Rs. 6000 per year in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each. So far, eligible farmer families have received benefits of more than Rs. 2 lakh crore under PM-KISAN, PMO informed.
PM Kisan 12th installment will directly get credited to the registered farmers bank accounts. Registered farmers will be able to check the PM Kisan 12th installment status online via its website or app. Here are the steps to be followed.
1. Download the PM Kisan Mobile Application from the official website of PM Kisan or click on the link- https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
2. You can also directly go to the Google Play store on your Android device and type PM Kisan App and can download it from there as well.
3. Then click on the Beneficiary Status and provide all the details asked for.
Visit the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi website at pmkisan.gov.in.
Click on the 'Beneficiary Status' tab. You can find it on the home page. Provide the required details asked for.
Then, click on 'Get Data' and the details will be displayed on the screen of your device.
