Triangle Strategy heavily pushes a similar storytelling style to Octopath as the game looks to follow a wide cast of players, pushing the idea that player choice can affect the outcome of the story. Now, as Triangle Strategy begins to reveal more about its cast of characters, the most recent trailer places the spotlight on the Wolffort family's servant, Benedict Pascal.

The newest trailer introduces Benedict as a loyal servant of the Wolffort family, serving the royal bloodline since protagonist Serenoa's father, Symon, was the Lord of House Wolffort. Benedict is portrayed as a stalwart and confident steward whose loyalty is solely devoted to House Wolffort to the point that the character will betray his allies if it ensures the safety of his master. The trailer also teases at Benedict's backstory with a traumatic event lending itself to his marked focus on the protection of Serenoa and House Wolffort as a whole.
