Rockstar Games has rolled out Red Dead Redemption 2 update 1.32 across all platforms, packing stability fixes and improvements alongside PC-specific improvements.
Out of nowhere, the 2018 title from Rockstar received a new title update today for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. The last time the hit title received an update was back in September of 2022 when Rockstar added official AMD FSR 2.0 support to the game. Fast forward one year and a half, and support for AMD's upscaling tech has now been updated to FSR 2.2. Aside from improving FSR, this new title update also adds support for HDR10+, which should result in more detail and true-to-life colors as well as higher levels of brightness and contrast.
Interestingly, the release of this new title update has some speculating that Rockstar is finally gearing up to release a proper next-gen patch for the game. Of course, that's also what fans hoped for upon the release of patch 1.31 back in 2022. At this point, we can only hope that Rockstar will eventually release a current-gen update for its masterpiece.
The new update also contains several bug fixes in quests and addresses some crashing issues. We suggest reading the full release notes for Red Dead Redemption 2 update 1.32 here.
