Will you be able to deterministically buy raid gear in Season 4? Season 4 Announcement These NPCs are vendors with placeholder loot at the moment, so we'll need to wait until a future build to see what they're going to be selling. Their titles seem to line up with all 3 of the Season 4 raids.
