New Armored Ebyssian Model on the Patch 10.1.7 PTR
With our continued datamining of Patch 10.1.7, it appears that Ebyssian has received an updated and uparmored model befitting his status as the new aspect of the black dragonflight! While most of the aspects don't wear much armor, Ebyssian's new model is is similar to Neltharion before him. Ebyssian's model has remain largely unchanged since his introduction in Legion nearly seven years ago.
Taking on the guise of a simple Shaman, the Tauren Spiritwalker known as Ebonhorn watched over the descendants of Huln Highmountain within the Broken Isles. Ebyssian's old model, dressed in the vestments of a Spiritwalker.
During the events of the Embers of Neltharion campaign, Ebyssian presented a more measured choice between the brash Wrathion and bold Sabellian, leading the two to set aside their own ambitions of leadership, turn to Ebyssian to lead them. Humbled by their decision, Ebyssian took his place in the Seat of the Aspects as the new Earth-Warder, declaring that the black dragonflight's legacy was theirs alone to create.
