With October finally arriving, plenty of Netflix subscribers may be feeling in a Halloween mood. Luckily, there are plenty of great picks across the streaming service. Horror fans can indulge in Mike Flanagan's latest series The Midnight Club, the new Stephen King adaptation Mr. Harrigan's Phone, gothic horror anthology Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, and plenty of other spooky series and movies.

Netflix will be adding a number of original comedy specials this month, along with the latest seasons of reality sensation Love is Blind, baking competition Nailed It, and food and tourism showcase Somebody Feed Phil. This month will also be the last chance to see some great titles leaving the service, including (in a surprising move) the Netflix original series Hemlock Grove.
