The Digital Deluxe edition ofNBA 2K23, for example, can't be purchased on the Nintendo Switch, but the Standard Edition can.
The pre-orders for NBA 2K23 officially opened on July 7, a couple of days after a teaser trailer gave NBA 2K fans a first glimpse at the latest title. In addition, the short production window on each NBA 2K game has led to a lack of substantial improvements from year to year. Fans who enter with high expectations often feel let down when they receive a product very similar to last year's title.
