Farming components and crafting go hand-in-hand in Monster Hunter Rise. One such component that is used in a wide variety of Monster Hunter Rise's equipment is the Beast Gem.
The Beast Gem can be found in High Rank hunts. To unlock High Rank Monster Hunter Rise hunts, players must progress through the Hub Quests or Village quests until they reach 4*.

A wide variety of monsters will drop the Beast Gem through hunts, with percentages varying on kill or capture. As such, a little variety goes a long way in farming components as it keeps things from feeling too repetitive. Players can target Arzuros, Apex Arzuros, Lagombi, Volvidon, Bishaten, Goss Harag, and Rajang.
When farming Beast Gems or any other Monster Hunter crafting component, patience is the name of the game. It may take several hunts to get one component to drop. And if players are trying to craft multiple items, it may take longer than usual to harvest all the resources. Thankfully, with so many monsters that drop this part, a nice stockpile may be acquired passively.
