Last year one player made Five Nights at Freddy's sprites in Minecraft, but a new fan project brings the monsters to life in an even more threatening form.
The Five Nights at Freddy's survival horror franchise challenges players to last five nights as a security guard in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a family pizza restaurant with animatronic mascots. However, at night the animatronics come to life and attempt to kill the player, forcing them to manipulate various security systems in order to survive. The series has spawned a number of sequels and spin-off media, with the most recent game in the saga being Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. This recently-released title features more open-ended gameplay than past entries, with players freely exploring a mall called the Pizza Megaplex. One fan is actually building FNaF: Security Breach in Minecraft, and now the series' various bloodthirsty animatronics have been added to the blocky title.
