Alyssa Ellman and Lindsey Georgoulis clash, and they are rubbing other castmates the wrong way in Married at First Sight season 14. Alyssa was the first to lead the drama when, hours after her wedding to Chris Collette, she made it clear she was unhappy with the experts’ choice for her husband. She was not attracted to him and never gave the marriage a chance, refusing to even share a hotel room on the first night. Her castmate Lindsey was thrilled with her match, Mark Maher, though she has since thrown shade at him. The two women’s strong personalities clashed with each other and turned off the other couples as well.
Real estate agent Chris was excited to meet his new bride and was patient with Alyssa from night one when she said she felt uncomfortable about some things he had said, though she never revealed specifics on camera. It all went downhill from there. Alyssa walked off each time Chris tried to talk to her and constantly cried out that she’s “a good person,” something that Lindsey found hilarious during the MAFS afterparty. Castmates all consoled Chris as Alyssa refused to engage with him, even while on their honeymoon. When Chris finally closed the door on the marriage weeks before decision day, viewers praised him for leaving one of the most despised wives on MAFS to date.
