The recent Mario Kart 8 Deluxe wave two reveal has supported an earlier track leak, potentially revealing almost all of the tracks that'll be coming to the game in the future.
Yesterday, Nintendo revealed the next set of courses coming to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe through the Booster Course pack, including Waluigi Pinball, Mushroom Gorge, and even a new track called Sky-High Sundae. Interestingly, the announced tracks actually help support an earlier leak that found out which Mario Kart each course was going to originate from.

As shared by Redditor just_looking_4695 on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, dataminers were previously able to find the system prefixes for every course being added as DLC, but they weren't previously sure if it was real. Now, the second wave of DLC has revealed that those prefixes were right, which supports the earlier leaks.
Redditor just_looking_4695 explained, "So when Wave 1 of the DLC first came out, people were able to find the system prefixes (i.e. SNES, N64, GBA, and so on) for every cup in the DLC. However, there was still a question as to whether this was placeholder data or not. Now, the courses announced for Wave 2 line up perfectly with what was found in the data, with the Turnip Cup having tracks from Tour, SNES, N64, and DS in that order, and the Propeller Cup having tracks from Tour, GBA, Wii, and an unaffiliated track in that order. Given that, it's looking like we already know how many courses will be returning from each game."
With that in mind, here's how many courses are coming from each system:
