Witchers aren't exactly known to be picky eaters. There's not much choice when they're always on the road, and the leaky old inns they stop at aren't exactly known for cooking up the finest delicacies. However, the world of the Witchers is rich in culture – and what's the best part of a culture? Food obviously. With that in mind, two food bloggers have put together The Witcher Cookbook.
Anita Sarna and Karolina Krupecka put their love for food and all things nerdy together and created food blogs named Nerds’ Kitchen and Witcher Kitchen, and now the cookbook. The cookbook contains 80 unique recipes for dishes from all over the world created by Andrzej Sapkowski and brought alive by CD Projekt Red (thanks PC Gamer).

"These dishes celebrate local and seasonal ingredients while adding unique twists that form a culinary map of the Continent and beyond," reads the book's description. "Warm up over a bowl of fragrant stew or juicy baked fruit from the namesake trees of White Orchard; end a hard journey to Velen with a hearty, rustic meal at the local tavern; enjoy an aromatic snack as you stroll the markets of Oxenfurt; sample dishes from near and far in the diverse port city of Novigrad; dine onfreshly-caught fish and mulled drinks on the islands of Skellige; feast on rich dishes in the sun-drenched climates of Toussaint and Beauclair; or forage on the perilous road to Kaer Morhen to learn the edible secrets of the witcher’s keep."
