Magic The Gathering’s next Secret Lair Superdrop is coming this month, bringing with it the much-anticipated Street Fighter crossover that features eight of Street Fighter 2’s most popular characters turned into legendary creatures.
On top of that, we’re also getting multiple Kamigawa-themed drops, and even Synthwave lands in an artistic first for the game. All in all, there are eight different releases in the February Superdrop, with a total of 42 cards. Like most Secret Lairs, the vast majority of them are reprints with new and exclusive art, but there are a fair few mechanically original cards making their debut here as well.

According to IGN, the Secret Lair will run until March 18. However, an actual date for when it starts has yet to be revealed. With the cards now being revealed, though, it should only be a matter of days. Like all Secret Lairs, this will only be available for a limited amount of time, after which they'll never be put on sale ever again.
The star of this Superdrop is the latest in the Universes Beyond crossover series. To celebrate Street Fighter’s 35th anniversary, it is receiving nine cards. At least eight of these are mechanically unique (although will receive in-Magic-Universe reprints in set boosters later this year), with the last one not being revealed until February 19 at the Capcom Pro Tour final.
There is lots going on with these cards. For example, Dhalsim, Pliable Pacifist is a Selesnya (white/green) Commander who cared a lot about creatures with reach, something we don't see that often.
