MADiSON: How to Solve The Animal Weights Puzzle

There's a weight puzzle in Johnny's room that can be solved using the animal riddle on the chalkboard in MADiSON. Each animal symbol has a hook that needs a different weight attached to it depending on what their position is in the riddle. In order to unlock Johnny's room and gain access to the animal weight puzzle, players will need to open the Red Safe in Grandpa's Office.

The Red Safe can be opened after Luca scribbles a clue for the combination in his notebook. To trigger this event, players will need to solve the cuckoo clock puzzle in MADiSON. To solve it, the clock faces on the cuckoo clocks downstairs need to be set to the same time as the other clocks surrounding it. Once all four cuckoo clocks match, Luca can take a picture of the door with the clock. This will reveal a clock on a hook, which is needed for the animal weights puzzle. Completing this puzzle also automatically causes Luca to scribble the Red Safe combination in his notebook.

The Red Safe combination is shown as three semi-circles pointing in different directions. Each line has tick marks that indicate how many times to turn the safe dial, and the direction the arrow points in shows which way to turn it. Opening the Red Safe in MADiSON will give players the key to Johnny's room. Inside, players will see four chains that have different animal symbols above the hooks. Different weights need to be placed on each one to unlock the bird cage in the back of the room.

Along with the four hooks on chains, Johnny's room also has a chalkboard near the entrance with a riddle that mentions all of the animals involved in solving the puzzle. The riddle reads, «In order to save the Bird the Rabbit
