Love Is Blind 2: Mallory Recalls Salvador's 'Sweet Serenade' For V-Day
This week, Mallory Zapata celebrated Valentine's Day by watching back Salvador Perez's serenade to her in the pods during Love Is Blind season 2. Viewers got to know Mallory on Love Is Blind as a 32-year-old communications manager. From the very start in the pods, it became clear that Mallory was conflicted between her very different connections with Salvador Perez and Jarrette Jones. As the days passed, though, Jarrette developed a bond with Iyanna McNeely and Mallory began to focus on Sal.
Mallory and 31-year-old executive assistant Salvador got engaged in the pods and subsequently moved on to the couples' retreat phase of Love Is Blind season 2. During those episodes, Mallory was shown second-guessing her chemistry with Salvador and having a somewhat flirty conversation with Jarrette where they reminisced on the connection they had formed in the pods. Unfortunately, Salvador overheard Mallory and Jarrette's conversation and got jealous about certain things that he heard.

It is still too early to know Mallory and Salvador's journey on Love Is Blind will come to an end, but Mallory chose to share a video of Salvador serenading her in the pods to celebrate Valentine's Day this week. As seen in the screenshot below, Mallory took to her Instagram Story to share a video of Sal's serenade, which was originally posted by the official IG profile from Love Is Blind. Mallory wrote, «The sweetest serenade on this Valentine's Day [smiling face with hearts emoji]. I couldn't stop blushing [smileyface emoji].» Many viewers consider this the defining moment when Mallory decided to get engaged to Salvador on the show.
