Wili-Wili is the World Boss of Lost Ark's East Luterra and serves as the essential boss entry for completing the region's Adventurer's Tome. This giant, scythe-wielding scarecrow can be found within the northernmost sunflower fields of the Sunbright Hill zone. Adventurers will recognize the formidable foe by his large jack-o'-lantern head. While facing this World Boss solo at Level 50 in Lost Ark shouldn't be much of a challenge, those confronting the wild pumpkin-headed apparition at lower levels should take necessary precautions.
The Wili-Wili boss is fixed at Level 29 and will spawn every 30 minutes at the top of Sunbright Hill. Players at Levels 29 — 35 are advised to take on the World Boss in a group, as soloing the monster will result in certain death. Wili-Wili has around 23 total bars of HP yet isn't very tanky. However, the vicious scarecrow is equipped with abilities to potentially one-shot any unprepared challenger.

Wili-Wili also has a radial AoE ability in Lost Ark,where he savagely spins in place, slicing any nearby players. Yet, the World Boss has three specific moves that adventurers should be particularly wary of.
The first strong attack Wili-Wili will perform is similar to the circular AoE whirl mentioned above. However, he will continue the attack while homing after a single target this time. If the player is the one who's been marked, they should stop attacking and flee as quickly
