Nintendo has announced that one of its mobile games is shutting down later this year. Dragalia Lost will receive a final story update in July that’ll finish off the game’s narrative, before heading the way of the Dodo not long after.
All of this was revealed in a post on the game’s official website, which you can read by smashing a click right here. The game has been around since September 2018, but it’s coming to the end, like all of us must.
According to the post, a new set of adventurers will launch for the game later this month, then there’ll be no more updates save for a few story and quest additions.
Dragalia Lost was probably the strangest of Nintendo’s mobile games, relying less on a massive license than the others, so it’s not the biggest surprise that it’s the first of them to come to an unceremonious end.
If you still fancy giving Dragalia Lost a go, perhaps as a digital version of dark tourism, you can click here to download it from the Play Store. The game will cease to function later this year.
