Since the beginning of Little People, Big World, Matt Roloff has been a staple on Roloff Farm, but now he is revealing why he was forced to sell some parcels of land. For many seasons, fans have watched Matt put his own blood, sweat and tears into the family farm to make it a magical place. He was hoping it would stay in the family, but it looks like the dream ends here.
TLC’s reality show follows the Roloff family on their Oregon farm, where they hold an annual pumpkin season. The family of six includes patriarch Matt, who has dwarfism, and mom Amy, who has achondroplasia. The couple has four children: Jeremy, Zach, Molly and Jacob. The family has been growing in recent years, as all of the siblings have gotten married and are starting to have children. For years, Zach was the only child who was still committed to filming alongside his parents. Matt had high hopes that his children would want to take over the farm, but it doesn't look like any of the younger Roloffs are interested.

Matt took to Instagram over the weekend to share some shocking insight as to why he has to sell parcels of land. It turns out that Matt's two twin boys, Jeremy and Zach, had let their father down. The patriarch shared the sad news that both his boys had decided against working together toward a joint sale. Matt noted that their growing families also contributed to the decision. He acknowledged that Jeremy and Zach now have other interests and investments, adding that even a family discount didn't help.
