Known Pokemon Leaker Hints at New Gen 2 Evolution in Scarlet and Violet
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet fans got great news today, and it means they’re going to have an even better day on June 1. The official Pokemon Twitter account announced a new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer would drop in the early hours of June 1, and many fans took this and ran with it. Many are expressing things they hope to see, although fans should temper expectations.
It’s quite likely that fans get a deeper look at the region, some new Pokemon, and maybe some new regional forms, but the extent of the trailer is unknown. Starter evolutions, legendaries, and release dates are not off the table, but they are not firmly on it either. Even Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s gimmick is questionable for a reveal. Nonetheless, that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping for a plethora of reveals, and a reliable leaker notably responded to one.
Pokemon Violet Leak Reveals Interesting New Detail About Mascot Legendary
Riddler Khu is a leaker who often releases their information in riddle form. Despite this delivery method, they are pretty much the most reliablePokemon leaker. They’ve accurately leaked information on Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (teasing what Fuecoco and Sprigatito looked like ahead of release). While their word should be taken with a grain of salt, they’ve proven themselves reliable.
One Pokemon fan quote-tweeted the announcement trailer, asking for Game Freak to add an evolution of Dunsparce. As many know, Dunsparce is a Gen 2 Pokemon that has never received any form of evolution or regional form, and Matt hopes this changes in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Khu commented on their shared post, simply saying, “Mark this one.”
