The Avengers have one of the greatest team catchphrases in comics; however, when the Justice League tried their own version of «Avengers Assemble,» it ended up making for an embarrassing yet hilarious moment. In the iconic JLA/Avengers crossover, the two superteams banded together with Marvel's heroic rallying cry leading the DC Comics heroes to try their own. But, unfortunately, the «Justice League… Lambaste» catchphrase" didn't have the same effectiveness as their otherworld heroes.

One of the most popular catchphrases is the Avengers «Avengers Assemble,» which is used to call together Earth's Mightiest Heroes. However, when the Justice League tried to mimic the catchphrase, they ended up with a hilarious and embarrassing version of the slogan.

In Avengers/JLA #4 by Kurt Busiek, George Perez, Tom Smith, and Comicraft from Marvel and DC Comics, the Avengers and Justice League begin their final stand against the universe-destroying villain Krona. The heroes band together and attack, as they call out «Avengers Assemble.» In the moment, the Justice League also attempt to get their own catchphrase that matches the epic rallying cry, as Superman tells calls out, «Justice League.
