An unpopular event is making a comeback, leading to players grumbling about the hoops they have to jump through to earn a new emblem. Over the past two months, has revealed that it will seemingly stick to a cycle of events throughout a set's release. In additionto Wonder Pick and Mass Outbreak events focused on collecting specific kinds of cards from Wonder Picks, has also re-used several battle events, with rewards that include emblems for hitting certain achievements.
Today, launched a new SP Emblem event focused on building up a winning streak against human opponents. To earn the highest emblem, players will need to once again win five matches in a row. In addition to earning another emblem for their collections, players can also earn Pack Hourglasses and Shinedust by completing various missions. Because of the difficult nature of winning five games in a row, some players are already groaning about the event. A popular Reddit post was titled «It's Time to Suffer Again,» reflecting the unpopularity of the previous SP Emblem event.
As with the previous event, players can earn four different emblems for building a win streak against human players. Players earn the basic emblem for getting two wins, with the top emblem earned by completing getting five wins in a row. In addition to the actual emblems, players can also complete various kinds of missions with 24 Pack Hourglasses on the line as rewards. The best bet for completing the new event is to start early, as there will likely be more players with weak decks participating in the early days of the event.
