Like other platforms, Discord allows users to disable and delete their accounts on the site. While users might create a Discord account, they might not need it after some time. Although the application is available on mobile devices and desktops, the steps to disable a Discord account are identical. All users need to do is open the 'User Settings' section located at the bottom left corner on the desktop version and in the bottom right corner on the mobile version. In the menu, users have to click or tap on 'My Account.' Here, at the bottom of the page, users should select the option that reads 'Disable Account' under 'Account Removal.'
