How Aaravos' Return Will Impact Viren In The Dragon Prince Season 4
When The Dragon Prince season 4 airs, Aaravos is set to return to Xadia, which will impact Viren's story greatly. In the first three seasons of the series, Viren was portrayed as the main antagonist of the show. A strong practitioner of Dark Magic, he used his arcane knowledge to cleverly manipulate others and the world around him. He was last seen being brought back to life by his daughter Claudia after falling to his death in the Dragon Prince season 3 finale.
Aaravos, Dragon Prince's «fallen» Startouch Elf, is a mysterious character that has significant importance to the history and future of Xadia. Little is known about his race other than that they are the rarest and longest-lived of the elves. His first introduction was as the narrator of the story and flashbacks for the series' first episode, but Aaravos made his first physical appearance in The Dragon Prince season 2. Information about him is used very sparingly, adding to his mystique.
