Hotfixes: July 12, 2022

Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect. Developer's note: It turns out that prior to 9.2.5 some creatures and abilities were not scaling with Mythic+ Keystone level as intended. A bug fix with the patch corrected the scaling, but also unintentionally increased the health and damage of those creatures. The adjustments below for Halls of Atonement, Theater of Pain, and Tazavesh: Streets of Wonder are intended to offset this increase in difficulty and bring affected creatures back in line
