A week following the release of Horizon Forbidden West on PS4 and PS5, series protagonist Aloy has once more entered the Item Shop in Fortnite. As many may remember, Aloy first hit the Island in Fortnite in April 2021 for Chapter 2 Season 6, courtesy of a Horizon Zero Dawn-themed skin and items. PS5 players also received an exclusive Ice Hunter Aloy skin, complete with a design inspired by the Nora huntress' Banuk Ice Hunter outfit from the original game.
Aloy isn't the first and only PlayStation hero to join the fray in Fortnite. Notably, God of War lead Kratos became a purchasable skin in the Item Shop back in December 2020. For the price of 2,200 V-Bucks, players could grab the Kratos skin, Mimi back bling, glider, and a Leviathan Axe Pickaxe that came equipped with an emote. And Uncharted's Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer recently dropped onto the Island, as well. In fact, the Uncharted-themed Fortnite items currently offer access to two different Nate and Chloe skins — Uncharted 4 and Tom Holland's and Sophia Ali's movie versions. Now yet another PlayStation icon has entered the battle royale title's robust lineup of characters.

Earlier today, February 25, Horizon Forbidden West developer Guerrilla Games announced Aloy's return to Fortnite. Now players in the Epic Games title can once more enter the Item Shop and, for 2,600 V-Bucks, purchase an Aloy skin, Glinthawk Glider, Spear Pickaxe, and the Heart-rizon Emote. The character skin alone bears an in-game price tag of 1,500 V-Bucks for those who want to keep things as simple as possible.
