The Stand of the Sentinels Tallneck in Horizon Forbidden West is one of six machines that need to be overridden to reveal the game's world map. To override a Tallneck, Aloy must reach the top of its head, so players will need to find a way to climb or glide to it. Overriding the Tallnecks in Horizon Forbidden West helps players identify new areas of interest and get a better understanding of the world's layout. Some of the Tallnecks require special gear, like the diving mask, but the one in Stand of the Sentinels can be overridden as soon as players encounter it.
