As more people progress through Avalanche Software's action RPG Hogwarts Legacy, many are building incredible Vivariums, including one player that spent over 40 hours creating a beach. The Vivarium is an expansion to the Hogwarts Legacy version of player housing known as the Room of Requirement, and this one looks like nowhere on the school grounds.
A Reddit user has garnered 2,300 upvotes on a video tour of their expansive beach Vivarium that shows where their over 40 hours of work went into. Though players can build their dream Hogwarts Legacy Room of Requirement without ever delving into the Vivarium content, there are a few expansions that they can progress toward to further their creative potential. Rather than level editors in games such as Far Cry 5, Halo Infinite, and Hot Wheels Unleashed, Hogwarts Legacy takes an approach that adds more as players progress, proving that this player had to do a lot of work just to get to the Vivarium upgrade.
Hogwarts Legacy Patch Will Improve PC and Xbox Performance
Reddit user Present-Ground-1883 recently shared a clip of their Hogwarts Legacy Vivarium that highlights the many hours of work they put in by showing the many pieces that went into it. The beach Vivarium has castle walls, stairs, and arches strategically placed in the sand, with a Hogwarts Legacy Fwooper soaring through the air, a Hippogriff roaming in its own space, and several Kneazles pacing among the structures, statues, and vegetation. Present-Ground-1883 shows a central area that takes up most of the Vivariums square footage with impressive monuments like one of Hogwarts' animated statues, many large and small pumpkins, and appropriately spaced torches and small fires to light the way.
