Halo Infinite is generally considered to be one of the best games of 2021. Microsoft had earlier announced that Halo Infinite had reached 20 million players, making it the biggest launch in the franchise’s long history.
However, it seems like Halo Infinite’s player count is trending downwards, perhaps due to the lack of new content. Halo Infinite is competing against other popular live-service games, and the audience needs regular updates to stay engaged. Connection issues and overpriced cosmetics are also near the top of users’ complaints. Halo Infinite had a relatively low number of bugs on launch compared to its nearest competitor Battlefield 2042, but a user has now discovered a hilarious glitch in the menus.

User xXBarthXx has posted a video of a bug in the armory section of Halo Infinite. Barth notices that upon repeatedly pressing Inspect and Back, the Spartan in the menus continues to move backward. The Spartan also keeps getting smaller and around the 1-minute mark, it completely disappears from the menus. It hilariously reappears in its default size after Barth backs out from the Mythic Effect Set menu.
After noticing the bug and realizing that the Spartan is getting smaller, Barth takes it to another level by continuously spamming the two buttons. User JanitorsRevenge jokingly states that 343 Industries probably never thought that anyone would try to do this several times while others are contemplating the Spartan’s next destination. Some users are also using this footage to criticize 343 Industries while others think that it’s not a big deal.
