Now, they are calling for key changes that could improve their gameplay experience.
One Helldivers 2 player, known on Reddit as ThePengu, shared a list of planetary effects that could be added to the game in the future. The list features a total of 15 effects, each changing the game's environment differently. For instance, Acid Geizers create an area of corrosive gas, while Tropical Monsoons reduce the visibility to nearly zero. Among these environmental conditions are reworked versions of Fire Tornadoes, which appear intermittently and can be dispersed with Helldivers 2's smoke stratagem.
Aside from Tropical Monsoons and Acid Geizers, there are other planetary hazards on ThePengu's list, including Micrometeor Showers, Flash Floods, Pyroclastic Vents, Low Gravity, Nuclear Winter, and Automaton Junkyards.
