Screen Rant is excited to share the exclusive first look at Frankenstein: New World #1, the latest entry taking place within the Hellboy universe. Hellboy creator Mike Mignola is joining forces with a new creative team. They'll be bringing fans the first story set chronologically after the conclusion of B.P.R.D.: The Devil You Know.
Dark Horse Comics has been the home of Hellboy since the character debuted officially in 1993. Since then, there have been numerous series and one-shots starring the titular hero, as well as a few film adaptations. Created by Mike Mignola, Hellboy has become one of Dark Horse Comics' most well-known characters. Recently, Mignola has announced a few new comic projects, including Hellboy in Love and Leonide the Vampyr: Miracle at the Crow's Head. Now, fans can have a first look at another Hellboy-adjacent title from the legendary writer.

The last official Hellboy entry ended the epic story of Hellboy and the BPRD. Now, Frankenstein: New World returns to that universe with a new take on the Frankenstein monster. Frankenstein: New World #1 has the creative team of Mike Mignola, Christopher Golden, Tom Sniegoski, Peter Bergting, and Michelle Madsen. This will be a four-part mini-series.
