Co-op campaigns in Halo Infinite have received another delayed release window in a recent community update, alongside new information for Season 2 content. Halo Infinite is the sixth entry in the Halo game series, offering players a classic first-person shooter experience reminiscent of the original 2001 game. However, many have been waiting for news about Halo Infinite's co-op campaign mode, which will give the main narrative a multi-player option.
Unfortunately, the heavily anticipated Halo Infinite co-op campaign mode was delayed in March, with news that the content wouldn't make the original May release window. The delay was caused by developer 343 Industries' desire to deliver a high-quality and polished experience for Halo fans. Unfortunately, this is not the first delay the co-op campaign mode has faced, with a similar delay also occurring in February. Because of this, many Halo players are likely feeling frustrated about the content now being slotted for another later date.

In the HaloApril community update, 343 Industries announced that the Halo Infinite co-op campaign release window has been pushed back to August. Like previous updates, the information does not include a set date, which could be frustrating for many players. The co-op update also comes alongside information for Halo Infinite's Season Two, «Lone Wolves», which will go live on May 3, 2022. A roadmap for Season 3 was also outlined, indicating that new maps, modes, sandbox items, and more are planned for the next adventure in the game.
