Halo Infinite's Campaign Co-op beta test has been available to Xbox Insiders for several days, although the lack of matchmaking has made it noticeably tedious for players to find co-op partners. Unfortunately for fans of Halo Infinite's campaign, co-op matchmaking will not be available even when the feature releases out of beta.

Halo Infinite has had a troublesome run since it first launched back in November 2021. As the latest installment in one of the most beloved franchises in the first-person shooter genre, the game initially enjoyed a sizable player base thanks to the free-to-play multiplayer component and the campaign's sprawling open-world structure.
