Director David Gordon Green says Halloween Ends will be a more intimate film that honors John Carpenter's body of work. Halloween Ends is the final chapter of the new trilogy of Halloween films, which began with 2018's Halloween, continued with this year's Halloween Kills, and concludes with Halloween Ends in October 2022.
