Players of the Definitive Edition of the Grand Theft Auto franchise continue to find more bugs in the remastered trilogy. One Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas fan has recently discovered a glitch where cars sink into the ground in the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Definitive Edition.
The Grand Theft Auto franchise is among the best-selling games that dominated the PS2 era, followed by an even more successful GTA 5. The fifth entry into the series was so successful that Grand Theft Auto 5 became the best-selling game of all time in 2017. Then in November 2021, Rockstar Games launched a remastered trilogy that included the iconic Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. However, that's not to say any of these hit titles were without their glitches. But it appears that these bugs continue to be a regular occurrence even as these games are made available to newer consoles and platforms.

While glitches are nothing new to the GTA franchise, it becomes problematic when players experience these types of issues even with the remastered titles. These issues were so noticeable that the GTA trilogy earned a low Metacritic score last year. A recent gameplay snippet from the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Definitive Edition where the player's car sinks into the ground after colliding with another vehicle, shows these issues are yet to be addressed.
