Ghostwire: Tokyo is a game that was published by Bethesda Softworks, which is why players can unlock the Fallout 4 Vault Suit in-game. The Fallout series is one of the most recognizable titles that Bethesda has developed and published and the Vault Suit is an item that represents the franchise as a whole. Although Akito won't be able to equip a Pip-Boy 3000, the Fallout 4 Vault Suit fits in the game's setting perfectly as he and KK attempt to put an end to the catastrophic event that plagues Tokyo.
The Fallout 4 Vault Suit is purely cosmetic, but since outerwear doesn't play a role in Akito's defenses players won't need to worry about the consequences of equipping it. Only by leveling up in Ghostwire: Tokyo can players increase Akito's health, allowing them to equip whichever outfit they prefer for the unlikely hero. On the contrary, the Fallout 4 Vault Suit may actually help players increase Akito's health since it's tied to a side quest in Chapter 2.

As Akito and KK make their way to the shopping mall in Chapter 2, a telephone booth on the outside of the building will have a green icon indicating that there is a side quest available. On the map, the quest icon can also be found on the right side of the construction zone near the shopping center. Answer the phone to receive a new objective from Ed and begin The Crimson Moon side quest. This quest can be more easily completed with some of Akito's advanced abilities and skills unlocked in Ghostwire: Tokyo, so players may want to consider completing Chapter 2 before attempting to grab the Fallout 4 Vault Suit.
