Genshin Impact Video Gives Diluc a Hilarious Animal Crossing Voice
A fan of both Genshin Impactand Animal Crossing: New Horizons has combined their passions into a hilarious viral video, which sees Genshin Impact's strong yet rare character Diluc have his dialogue replaced with a Nintendo villager. While Animal Crossing and Genshin don't have a lot in common gameplay-wise, the two titles have been titans of gaming over the last few years, amassing millions of fans across the world.
Genshin Impact is home to plenty of exciting and beloved characters, with new faces being added into the ever-evolving title all the time. As each new character is introduced, they swiftly become one of the most-sought-after to acquire in-game, and the Pyro user Diluc Ragnvindr was no different when he arrived in Genshin Impact back in 2020. With his large claymores and generally impressive abilities, lots of people were clamoring to get their hands on Diluc, and while other, newer characters like the recently-confirmed Genshin Impact 2.6 Kamisato Ayato, have now reached the top of fans' wishlists, Diluc remains a classic 5-star fighter.

Twitter user dailyragnvindrs has created a mash-up video blending Genshin Impact withAnimal Crossing, resulting in a hilarious new voice for Diluc. The clip shows a fairly serious cutscene, redubbed with the chattering and high-pitched sounds used for villagers and NPCs across the Animal Crossing series. The resulting meme video has been a hit on Twitter, with over 22,000 views at the time of writing, and lots of commenters sharing their appreciation for the funny reimagining.
