The Genshin Impact 3.1 livestream is likely one of the best special programs so far. Not only does it coincide with the second Genshin Impact anniversary, but HoYoverse also made some thrilling announcements, like a new permanent game mode and even a long-term project of an animated series.

Genshin Impact: Albedo’s Ascension And Talent Materials List
The first banner of Genshin Impact 3.1 will feature Cyno and Candace, while Nilou is available in the second half of the version.
Accompanying Cyno on the first half of Genshin Impact 3.1 is another re-run for Venti. Meanwhile, Albedo will return for the second half of the version.

Two new world bosses are added in Genshin Impact 3.1:
There are a total of five new weapons in Genshin Impact 3.1; two of them are 5-Stars and are likely to be the best-in-slot for Cyno and Nilou, while the other three are 4-Star weapons.
A character called Mika was revealed in the livestream. Not much was said about them, but it’s highly likely that this person will soon be playable in the game.
