Xbox has confirmed that the new Forza Motorsport will be released in spring 2023.
Simply titled Forza Motorsport at the moment, the game was shown off in a lengthy gameplay trailer, which Xbox claimed was all running in real-time in 4K.
Turn10’s GM of Forza, Dan Greenawalt, confirmed that the will feature “on-track ray tracing”, in a potential jibe at Gran Turismo 7.
He also confirmed that he game had been “built from the ground up” for Xbox Series X and S, confirming that it will be current-gen only.
The game will also be available on PC and via cloud gaming, meaning Xbox One owners will theoretically still be able to play it by streaming it.
