Apple launched the iPhone 14 on September 7 after months of anticipation. The Cupertino-based tech giant launched four iPhone models – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The iPhone 14 Plus is an all-new iPhone replacing the outgoing iPhone 13 Mini. However, in case you are thinking of splurging a fortune on any of these models, it would be wiser to wait for the iPhone 15 Ultra as it is expected to come with some amazing specs.
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman recently reported that Apple might change the naming strategy for its Pro Max version of iPhones. According to the report, next year's iPhone 15 could introduce the iPhone 15 Ultra instead of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, going hand in hand with Apple's naming strategy of this year's Apple Watch Ultra.
This report was followed by revelation from popular tipster LeaksApplePro who confirmed this information. The leakster also reported that Apple is already working on 8K recording and it could debut with next year's iPhone 15 series. According to LeaksApplePro, Apple might also increase the price of next year's iPhone 15 Ultra to $1,199, compared to this year's iPhone 14 Pro Max which has been priced at $1,099. It was earlier rumoured that this year's Pro models of iPhone 14 could see a $100 price increase but that proved to be untrue.
