Who doesn’t love an FMV game? Certainly not the folks at Wales Interactive, who have been cornering the market in highly polished FMV mysteries, adventures and romantic interludes over the past few years.
Its latest game – Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus has just landed on the Play Store, and it looks like it’s going to be well worth checking out. Filmed during lockdown, it features a stellar cast and an intriguing premise.
During a family’s annual quiz night, which is taking place over a Zoom-analogue, it transpires that Uncle Marcus has been poisoned. It’s up to you to figure out whodunnit.
The game features performances from Andy Buckley (The Office), Susannah Doyle (Black Mirror), Robbie Kay (Once Upon a Time) and two actors who featured in previous Wales Interactive productions – Georgia Small (Five Dates) and Al Weaver (The Complex).
You can try out the game for free, then there’s a $4.99 IAP to unlock the rest. If you fancy giving it a go, you can click here to download Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus from the Play Store.
