Ant Anstead and Flip or Flop star Christina Haack's custody battle just got extended as a judge denied the English television presenter's request for full custody of their 2-year-old son Hudson. Ant requested full custody of Hudson on April 28. The Celebrity IOU Joyride star cited Christina's lack of proper care for their child Hudson as the reason for his filling. The car builder, 43, claimed in the legal documents that Christina, 38, spent less than ten days per month with their son over the last 20 months. He also mentioned a nasty sunburn that left Hudson with a rash as an example of Christina's bad parenting.
Christina aired her disappointment shortly after the former Wheeler Dealers host's move to alter their initial custody arrangement. The mother of three defended herself in a statement noting, «What Ant is doing deeply saddens me.» Christina was also disappointed Ant made their custody drama a public affair. While the Christina on the Coast host admitted to having flaws, she insisted she was a good mother to all her kids. Christina also shares daughter Taylor and son Brayden with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.

However, authorities have wasted no time addressing the exes' custody drama. Ant's emergency petition will keep him and Christina in court a while longer as news has surfaced that a judge ruled against the England native's order for full custody. On the same day of Ant's filing, the Orange County Superior Court in California declared that he provided an «insufficient showing» of evidence.
